X-Ray and beamline compatible stages
HFSX350V-GI
Flush-mounted heating block for grazing incidence and surface mounted capillary. Temperature range < -195°C to 350°C and compatible with vacuum down to 10⁻³ mbar.
HFSX350V-CAP
For use with a capillary tube which passes through the heating block for liquid samples. Temperature range <-195°C to 350°C and compatible with vacuum down to 10⁻³ mbar.
MFS - Modular Force Stage
Designed specifically to characterise samples under controllable tensile force and varying temperatures. Temperature range <-195°C to 350°C. Wide range of modules for environmental control (temperature, humidity, liquid cell, gas purging) and sample clamping (grips for tensile and compression, bending, indentation, adhesion and more) and compatible with vacuum down to 10⁻³ mbar.
DSCX600 Thermal Analysis System
This system enables the user to detect sample enthalpy changes from <-195°C to 600°C. Specially adapted for use with X-ray and beamline systems.
